The worlds biggest infinity pool

146 meters long and in a dizzying height of 200 meters, these are the superlatives of the longest infinity swimming pool in the world, who is also the largest outdoor swimming pool on such a level. The pool is located on the SkyPark, the three towers of the 5-star Marina Bay Sands Hotel combines in Singapore.

The hotel  has 2,560 rooms incl an indoor canal, an opulent art, a casino, an outdoor plaza, a convention centre, atheatre, a crystal pavilion and a museum shaped like a lotus flower!

The platform itself is longer than the Eiffel tower laid down and is one of the largest of its kind in the world.  In reality, the water spills over the edge into a catchment below, and is then pumped back into the pool. The pools have two circulation systems. The first functions like that of a regular pool, filtering and heating the water in the main pool. The second filters the water in the catch basin and returns it to the upper pool.

A glamorous pool at The Raleigh Hotel

The Raleigh Hotel, located in Miami, Florida, is quite possibly one of the most famous pools you’ll ever encounter. It’s been featured in a number of movies and television shows. The pool is separated from the rest of the hotel by lines of trees. Shaped to resemble a lagoon, there is a small standing shelf for those who wish to feel the rush of the pool’s refreshing waterfall. Stop at the poolside bar for a cool drink or a bite to eat.

When the pool was created, it instantly became one of the most decadent pools in the entire US. The popularity of its modern design is a testament to the beauty and grace developers created some 60 years ago, making the Raleigh’s pool a sought-after destination for sun-seekers and Art Deco aficionados. In Miami Beach, despite a wealth of beautiful pools, there is no rival to the luxurious beauty of The Raleigh’s.  In fact, the Raleigh pool has frequently been called the most beautiful in America, beginning with a 1947 Life Magazine article, and continuing until today. The Lions Mane Jellyfish is the largest jellyfish in the world. They have been swimming in arctic waters since before the dinosaurs (over 650 million years ago) and are among some of the oldest surviving species in the world.

The largest can come in at about 6 meters and has tentacles over 50 meters long. Pretty amazing when you think these things have been swimming around for so long.

They have hundreds of poisonous tentacles that it used to catch passing by fish. it then slowly drags in it’s prey and eats it.

That is terrifying.
